Returns & Refunds

We aim to make it as quick and convenient for Young Heart customers to avail of a refund, or to exchange their purchase, should they need to. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you want to exchange it for another item, or size, or you believe the product you have received is faulty, please read the below.

Returning a Purchase:

  • If you would like to return a product, you can do so up to 14 days after the goods have been received (for Irish and NI customers, and 28 Days for the rest of the world), please email us at and request the Returns Form. Once you have filled in this form, please send it back to us, or place it in the package with the item you wish to return.

  • Please contact us at and we will send you the Young Hearts HQ returns address.

  • Please ensure you return your purchase within a further 14 days of receiving the Returns Form. You are solely responsible for covering the cost of the return postage. Goods returned after this time frame will not be accepted and will be resent to the original address. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

  • Please ensure to obtain a receipt for the return postage as, if for some reason the package does not arrive back at Young Hearts HQ, we will require proof of postage.

  • Upon receipt of the product back to Young Hearts HQ the product will be inspected. If we are satisfied that the product has not been worn or damaged in any way, and that it still has its original tags and packaging, a refund will be arrange within 10 working days (full price of the goods, not including original postage).

  • If we are not satisfied that the goods have not been worn, or we believe them to be damaged, we reserve the right to refuse to provide the refund.

  • We are happy to exchange an item for an alternative size provided we have the alternative size of the same item in stock. If we do not have the exact same item in stock we will provide you with a full refund (not including original postage), within 10 days of Young Hearts receiving the unwanted goods with their labels intact and unworn.

Terms & Conditions:

  • We will not accept goods that have been used or worn and or have tags removed, therefore please check you are happy with your order as soon as possible prior to removing tags.

  • We will not accept sale items unless they are faulty and agreed with us via email.

  • We will not be held accountable for damage to prints or posters damaged during shipping, as we send them in perfect condition. We retain the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met. 

  • Please be aware that we do not reimburse for postage fees for returned products, unless the reason for the returns due to an error on our part or you have received a faulty or unordered item received.

Faulty goods:

  • We work closely with our manufactures to assure the best quality for our customer, however if the item you receive is faulty please email us at and let us know. We will arrange for a refund or replacement product (if available) with you provided we receive the faulty goods, as described. You will cover the cost of the return postage and proof of postage may be required.

We really hope that you are satisfied with your purchases from Young Hearts, so please get in touch with us if you are not and we aim to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
